You make the call on this one. We want our clients to be involved in the design work as much or as little as they prefer. If you’re someone who thrives on the process and wants to be in on every small detail, we welcome you!

We are not general contractors. That being said, we enjoy working closely with builders and craftsmen to develop design details that are practical, constructive and beautiful. Don’t have a builder? We’re happy to introduce you to some of our preferred builders and assist with the contractor selection process. We are also more than happy to work with contractors and trades-people of your choice.

Our design work is delivered for a fixed fee, based on the description of work in the proposal. This approach gives our clients cost certainty heading into their project and a clear understanding of what to expect. If additional services are required or if the scope of work changes, we can add services, at your direction, as an hourly rate or provide a new proposal with an updated fee.

While Saskatoon is our base, we do provide design services to clients outside of the city. This can be done virtually or in person. Any travel that extends beyond 25 km from Saskatoon is billed for time and mileage.
