From start to finish, we can help you design a home that represents you, serves you, and just makes you feel good. Designing a new home is a deeply personal experience. We work with you to design a home that is an expression of you, providing guidance throughout the entire process. Our new home design service covers everything from foundations to fixtures.

Our Process.

  • Meet

    All of our client relationships begin with a casual meeting to get to know you and your needs. This is an opportunity to discuss your project desires, timeline, budget, and style.

  • Propose

    During this phase we will present you with a written proposal for consideration, outlining our design process, a proposed timeline, and fee schedule.

  • Design

    Based on the information collected, we will develop design options for your space. This is often a collaborative process and involves further discussions and meetings depending on the scale of your project.

  • Present

    We will then present our initial design concepts for your space and thoroughly discuss your preferences.

  • Revise

    After the presentation, revisions will be made until our design is a perfect fit for you.

  • Deliver

    Once all revisions have been made and approved, the final technical drawings are completed and delivered for work to begin.

  • Build

    During this phase we will conduct site reviews to clarify design intent and answer questions and collaborate with your contractor.

  • Wrap

    When the work is complete, we will conduct a final walkthrough to identify any final deficiencies, celebrate the completed work, and conduct a project debrief.
